Modcloth black & pink rose lace strapless dress 🌹

I wore this pretty dress to a friend's wedding several years ago and it's been languishing in my closet ever since. There are belt loops at the waist, but the belt that came with the dress was cheap and way too small, so I had gotten rid of it (you'd probably want to use your own belt, too). Necklace not included.
