Modcloth Vintage Teal Polka Dot Dress

Condition: I've only worn this dress once or twice. - I believe the staining on the belt is due to what materials they used to put the belt together which over time, discoloration happens. There's nothing that can be done to prevent that. The stain IS on the inside of the belt, not front, so you will not see it. - The front button was loose when I purchased it so it just needs resewn. Fit: I am 5'2 with a 32 bust, 27 waist, 36 hips. The bust is big on me so I don't recommend for people who have mine or smaller bust (unless you are going to wear a shirt underneath). Details: Comes with white belt. Zipper in the back, semi stretch material. Purchased from Modcloth a long time ago (2013?)
