Modcloth Sherelle Light Blue & White Striped Midi

Light blue & white seersucker empirical waist midi dress from Modcloth. Ties in front. Adjustable spaghetti straps. Fair condition (see small stain in 3rd pic). Back of dress (behind bosom) is cinched elastic to accommodate all different chest sizes. Seams appear to be coming undone a teeny bit where front of dress meets back (just behind & below spaghetti straps), see second to last 2 pics. Last pic appears to show some fading. Fully lined. Size tag is faded, but I'm nearly certain this is a M.
