Insanely cute blue dress with rainbow-stripe print and neon-yellow belt Halter neckline, gathered waist, silky-feel fabric, pockets! Barely worn; in excellent condition Size M Polyester and spandex; fabric has some stretch Approximately 40" long Waist ~14" flat Armpit to armpit ~17" flat Just FYI, I store the belt separately from the dress to keep them both in good shape (especially the belt loops on the dress), but of course I wanted to show them together here.
