Modcloth Polka Dot "Windy City" Dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @kroselius. Cute dress, it just didn't fit me right unfortunately! Azalea brand Windy City style dress from Modcloth. Fully-lined chiffon dress with high neck, zips up on the side. The neck is secured with three little buttons on back. Keyhole opening on back under neck. Baby pink with tiny black polka dots. Approximate measurements (laying flat): Bust- 22" Waist- 19" Length (shoulder to hem)- 40" Note- The size tag was torn off, but based off the measurements I believe this is a 1x.
