jessica_parent @genawenda Absolutely!! It looks like from armpit to armpit its approximately 19" (I had two of us check it). It creates a large A-line shape from there. Please let me know if I can help in any way at all. It's such a cool dress.

jessica_parent @nevernotbusy Sure sure!! The brand is Lush (I swear I had a photo but, I posted another one) and I purchased it off Modcloth 12 years ago as my "getting ready" wedding dress (it's been kept in a garmet bag since then). I scoured the internet when I originally listed it and I can't find anything. I believe it was listed on Modcloth as the Cloud Dress.
