So in love with this dress. Never had an event to wear it to, so time to let go! Light blue strapless bodice with navy skirt. Layers of lightweight fabrics with raw edges add great texture. Ribbon detail at waist. Hidden side zipper. Elastic at top of back. Print on bodice is more centered then on stock photo. Size M brand is miss minuet. Waist is 14.5” flat. Length is 28” from top to bottom.
