Modcloth Bonne Jovial Dress

This a-line dress is adorable and I wish it still fit me! Color is a deep navy with a sweetheart neckline with straps + and off shoulder feature. The dress is 2 layers lined and has a chiffon overlay. The off shoulder straps themselves are chiffon only, the shoulder straps are lined.
