Moda International white eyelet off the shoulder crop top with smocking and elastic at the waist. Also has elastic at the neckline, so it can be worn on or off the shoulders. Lace trim on ruffle at neckline. Size small. 100% cotton. Perfect for summer and vacation. I personally purchased this new from Victoria's Secret and never wore it. Washed in cold water and hung to dry. Could use some attention with an iron. I don’t recall exactly when I bough this, but it’s probably vintage. Please refer to the photos for additional details.
