Super cute Summer Strapless Dress by Moda International never worn. Size 12. Multi color flowers. Has flat front with pleats on side and back. Back zipper. Has lining in top with “whalebone”. (Similar to Corset) Also has Silicone strip inside on the top to help hold it up. Same as used in Gowns. Approximate measurements are Bust 17.5 if stretched 18” equal to 36. Waist is 16” equal to 32” see photos.
