Moda International Gray Silver Hand Beaded Silk Halter Dress, drape neckline, fully lined, back zip and small strap across the back, minor color imperfection on the inside of slip, cannot be seen unless you turn the whole dress inside out, didn’t quit fit my dress form as you can see, it is marked a size 10 but I would say its mismarked and is an extra small, definitely go with measurements, probably vintage.
