Moda International Dress perfect for New Year’s Eve!

Vintage Moda International Flapper inspired dress made out of 100% polyester. Gorgeous dress with handkerchief hem. Dark black with silver beaded accents. Size 10, fits like an 8. Measures 41” L and 26” in circumference (bust) and 12” scooped back. A single sequin is missing from one of the silver strands. It is not visible unless you look closeup.
