This is an adorable dress from the collab between ModCloth and Hello Kitty San Rio. Black velvet 3/4 sleeve at top, bottom is a tulle overlay with black / gold Hello Kitty print. Note that it is missing the belt but can be worn without it or add a belt of your own. Back zip closure. - NWT. Missing Belt and has a small hole in tulle (not noticeable, see up close pic) - Size Small, approximate lay flat measurements: armpit to armpit 17 in (has some stretch), waist 13.5 in, length from shoulder to hem at front 39.5 in - Polyester / spandex.
