ModCloth vintage pinup 50’s style collared halter dress with sailboats landscape

It is in really great preowned condition. I did just notice some very slight stains on the collar, picture added and zoomed in on video, I think it may be from it brushing against a chalk painting but I will wash it before shipping, can probably remove. Will price accordingly. Belt not included (I always wore a suede cobalt blue belt or a woven back buckle tan belt) size small.
