ModCloth size Large black and white polka dot shirt with smocking & bell sleeves

Size large. Brand is Taylor and Sage that I purchased from ModCloth. The top is smocked, the bottom is generous and the sleeves are bell shaped with lace. This is in pre loved condition and fit when I was a plus size 14/16. It no longer fits me as a size 18, it’s too tight in the arms.
