ModCloth retro floral shirt dress

Never been worn and original tag with spare button still included. Button up dress style with a matching print waist tie. Color is like a dark burnt orange or terracotta with pink, yellow, and navy flowers. There’s pockets! Material doesn’t provide stretch. Length of dress is about 39in. I’m 5’3 and the dress hit me right below the knee since I’m short. Recently purchased from ModCloth but it did not fit and cannot be returned. Offers are welcome!
