ModCloth Sunnygirl dress in blue waves

This dress features a deep V neck and an elastic waist with tie that is so flattering. It has only been worn a couple of times, but there is a small hole in the back- along the neckline where the tag is. Probably easy to fix if you sew, otherwise in perfect condition. Purchased from ModCloth. The fabric is buttery soft! I am 5’9” and this hit me just above the knee.
