ModCloth Sunny Girl Floral Embroidered Dress

Maroon floral embroidered dress, would fall at or slightly above knee on me. Size is L but the waist runs small because the reason I’m not keeping it is it’s too small for me and I usually wear size L. New with tags. Has a bit of soft tulle-like fabric at the bottom to fluff the skirt slightly, great for a wedding guest or cocktail party!
