Strapless purple dress, NWOT

Strapless purple dress with interesting gathers on the skirt that add volume. Sweetheart neckline with built in pads and detached ribbon bow. Has straps that can be attached for more support. Zippered back. I've never worn it because it was too large in the chest for a 32D. Would fit someone with a larger rib cage better.
