ModCloth Lightweight Floral Dress

Navy dress with vintage floral pattern on lightweight rayon material. Elastic waist and gorgeous ruffle neckline. Brand is Lovely Day purchased from ModCloth. Size small. 31” long. 16.5” across bust and elastic waist is 12” when not stretched. This dress has been preloved and there are some minor signs of wear. The navy background is a little faded (pictured) but I think it blends into the overall pattern. The ruffle seam at the neckline has pulled a bit but is still stitched together.
