Lining fabric (partially lined) provides stretch, outer fabric does not. Side zipper, hook and eye closure. Buttons are decorative. Sash topped waist handkerchief hem. Stripes are beige and red on a navy blue background. Flattering! Since the hem is a handkerchief, the length varies from max 46" to minimum about 36". Waist 14". Bust 18/19".
