ModCloth Gilli | size S | Vertical Wave blue ruffled one shoulder maxi

The ModCloth collab with Gilli produced this one shouldered Maxi ruffled dress. The material is stretchy and although not lined is a thick but soft material. This was gently loved but only worn once or twice but still in excellent condition. Length is 42” from waist (I’m 5’2” and it’s a tiny bit long with flats).
