ModCloth Aspiration Creation Rainbow Pleated Skirt (Please Read about sizing)

This fun & funky rainbow skirt by ModCloth is the perfect way to add a dose of happy to your day! With a fit & flair shape and pockets, what's not to love? This particular skirt says that it is a size XS, but it clearly has signs of being altered & upsized by its previous owner to what I believe is closer to a size Medium or Large. when measured the waistband of this skirt is 15.5" across. The alteration is not really noticeable when you're wearing it and it was finished pretty well on the interior (please see pictures for details). The only main difference in fit, due to the alteration, is that the pockets sit more in the front of the skirt now, rather than at the sides like most skirts of this style.
