Mod vintage ladies navy/white straw hat by Randi Originals, circa 1960s XS

Cute vintage mod navy/white woven straw hat by Randi Originals. Grosgrain ribbon wraps around to a wide bow at front, 1” brim turns up slightly in back. This hat sits high in a jaunty “top hat” style. Union made, circa 1960s with original label on inside band. Hat measures approximately 21.5” x 5” tall, with 1” brim.
