amanda1p2 @robertlee23 I added the size chart. I would say it does not fit like a 16/18. It fits more like a 12/14 or large. The actual measurements are more close to a 12/14. I can post the actual measurements tomorrow.

amanda1p2 @robertlee23 the waist is 17.5 inches flat measured at the top of the waistband and the hips are 21.5 inches measured eight inches from the top of the waistband.
