Vintage, lime green, fancy wale corduroy, wrap mini skirt, size 9/10 and “made in the British Crown Colony of Hong Kong”, 19” in length, seems to be 100% cotton, but no tag. Pretty sure it’s early 90’s (when did they stop saying “9/10” for sizes?) because of its totally rad acid green color.

sandyponder Thank you, I appreciate that! The waist measures 28 or 29”, 14+” across, so double that. The one button on the wrap is movable, but the other one is more of a rivet (if you will) and not movable. The entire skirt is 42” across. I hope that helps.
