amandaanders689 @dawnrana hi, I’m sorry it took me so long to get the measurements to you. I apparently hid a tote of my clothes with my sewing fabrics. The waist unstretched is 13” but it’s all elastic. It’ll stretch to about 18 but it’s like a true medium that’ll stretch comfortably to 16-16.5. I checked the length too. It’s 26.5” long.
