Mod Cloth Teal Snowflake Dress

This dress is seriously so adorable! Lightweight teal fabric with white and navy snowflakes. Tulip short sleeves and elastic waist but the fabric is not stretchy but super silky and nice! Worn once because unfortunately I never find it's warm enough here for me to wear it in the winter. Would make a perfect festive outfit for someone who maybe lives in a warmer climate!
