Mock Neck Mini Dress with Shirring XL

Super cute Wild Fable mock neck mini dress/tunic. I bought it to wear as a dress and love it but it's a bit too short for my comfort (I'm 5'8) and I don't know how to wear it. It was only worn twice. It has shirring that includes the mock neck. From the neck line, the shirring goes down 14 inches. Elasticized wrists. Pit to Pit: Approx. 17 inches Length from bottom of neck to bottom of dress: Approx. 30.5 inches
