Mock Neck Flounce Sleeve Vera & Lucy Dress

Flattering and functional for many seasons, light teal/blue green floral patterned dress. Has a full circle skirt and flounce sleeves. Got lots of use out of it but my style has changed! Measurements: waist 15” flat, length 33” total, neck 7.5” flat, sleeve 12” flat.
