Mocha Noir gray cords sz 4

Up for grabs: Gray corduroy pants by Mocha Noir. Size 4. 95% cotton, 5% spandex. 2 side pockets. Belt loops. Zipper fly. Adjustable elastic waist. Has slight fading at knees, not sure if it's the style or from normal wear. The snap closure at the waist needs repair (to be sewn back on, there's a hole there too. 10" flat waist measurement. 23" length 16" inseam. Otherwise in excellent condition. Very fine corduroy, feels like suede. Smoke-free pet-free home.
