It’s so awesome because ever since we started dating I didn’t realize how many people have gone through it too or are going through it ! how did you guys meet ? Oh wow yah that must have been really hard. I live in California and he lives in Texas he’s known my best friend since they were in grade school so that’s how we met he saw a photo of me on her Snapchat and then we all went to Vegas the same weekend by chance and never stopped talking since 😊

sarathilfa @ocean20177 that’s such a sweet story! And I met my husband when I was on vacation in Vegas! He lives here. So that’s ironic that both of our stories start in Vegas!! It was hard...but you can hopefully build a good friendship and value the time you get together more

We decided in the next two years if we’re still together after I finish my degree one of us will move he’s graduating this May so we’re waiting for me to finish then go from there

sarathilfa @ocean20177 moving was not an option for him. His job is really good and he’s been on for 15yrs. Full pension, etc. it took a while. I have a kid so we had to take the dad to court to move. Worth it tho. It was hard for me..big change. No family here

sarathilfa @ocean20177 plus it’s freezing where I’m from! I love it here tho. It takes trust, commitment and a leap of faith to make a move. You guys will figure it out! I will say...Texas is probably cheaper for cost of living than Cali!

Vegas is so different from California too so you think you guys will ever move to California? He wants me to move to Texas and I have two of my best friends there but my entire family lives in California so I feel you. sarathilfa @ocean20177 so ironic...my husband is from San Diego. He wants to go back. Which we probably will in 10yrs. He’s a firefighter so there is a whole group of women who accepted me right away. My son loves it here!

sarathilfa @ocean20177 I love San Diego too! Who doesn’t. Vegas is good too! Lots to do and we live close to the lake, have a boat. You’ll get to SD one day...although San Antonio, Austin and Dallas are really great too
