Two parts to the skirt - the gold/brown underskirt and the patterned overlay that ties at the hip. Elastic waist on underskirt. (Please see last two pics for a visual of how flexible the elastic and underskirt are for sizing. For reference, I typically wear an 8/10). Custom printed cotton overlay - nice bright colors! Lace trim on bottom of overlay. This skirt is beautiful! I just don’t need it any longer. Please forgive the wrinkles, as it’s been in storage. They steam out easily.
