Full Disclosure, I do believe these are unworn and new in box - however I am not the original owner. These do have resale marks on the bottom as shown in photos 10 & 11 (the silvery circles in the middle of the shoes). There is one mark on the back of the right shoe as shown in photo 7; not noticeable and might come off easily. The box is also slightly smooshed on the right side as shown in the last photo. Size is marked as EU 40, converts to US 9 according to size chart. Heel height is approximately 3-1/3". Smoke Free Home.
