@carolczerwinski Hi! This dress is stretchy so there's plenty of room in the bust for form but when I measure it flat the waist is at 18" and from underarm to underarm (about where the bust would be) is at 21"

@carolczerwinski no zipper, it's stretchy so you just pull it over your head or step into it, then adjust the waist with the tie-back
