buick1 @lillimoon no it is 16”long in the sleeve from the pit to the cuff is what that means. It is a sz 4

buick1 @lillimoon, it was my cousins coat. She is sz 4 My daughter is a sz 6 and will be home from vaca tomorrow. I will have her try it on and see if it is tight. Then let you know measurements as well. It is vintage.

buick1 @lillimoon this.vintage raincoat is 16” across the back. My daughter tried it on and it was tight. She is a true sz 6 she believes it to be a tru sz 4. It has a liner that zips in or out. It is more for fall with the liner in it. The style is more from the 1970’s. It buttons not zips. I will try to include a pic.
