Missing some rhinestones,some stains,inside bag is clean,bottom of bag is clean

Never used this purse but i found it when i was searching through my garage, it use to be my moms favorite purse especially because it has the patriotic patterns :) i didn’t want to ruin the color of the bag by washing it but i do hope it comes in good use for someone out there🥹 the inside of the bag is clean and so is the bottom. its missing a few rhinestones.
