Missguided High Waist Leopard Print Flare Pants

Flattering legging like material, lots of stretch. Has a "v" style front I included what I consider the waist measurement below the very top elastic which measures much differently than fit if that makes sense? Minor wear, a little fading but otherwise in good condition. Originally had a string to tie around the waist, that has been removed.
