Misses Semi-Formal Dress Size 7

Blondie Nites by Stacy Sklar size 7 royal blue with rhinestone decoration. Has straps but they wouldn’t fit over shoulders on mannequin-shown in pictures where dress is laying flat. Also top strap across the back does close together but mannequin was bigger around so it looks like there’s a gap-the dress should fit without that gap showing! Purchased at David’s Bridal. Has been altered with all stitching/alterations done by David’s Bridal seamstress. Worn once for semi-formal high school dance and has been dry cleaned and hanging in plastic cover since.
