Misses Junior's XL Tweety pullover slip dress

Bought this off here for daughter. It is too small, so the reason listing it as a misses or juniors size. It definitely is not a womens size. It is in EXCELLENT condition, like new. And so cute, was so disappointed it didn't fit.
