MissLook boho floral dress size 3x fits more like 1x (18/20)

Please see measurements, this dress is supposed to fit loose, but it was a little tight across the chest for me, it is a silky, feeling dress not a heavy cotton so it’s great for summer and it is brand new without tags never been worn!
