I dry clean all items where it is required. All shoes are cleaned and the insides sprayed with Microban. Everything is inspected prior to posting and any known defects are photographed and shown. Once they are posted items are sealed into plastic bags and stored. All items are as you see them in the photographs and are delivered to you in the same condition.
