Miss me flowy blouse

This is such an amazing top. I wore it one time. It is a size small, however, I think it would fit someone best with larger boobs or even sizes medium/large. It scrunches at the top as seen in pic and the shoulders have a slit half way down the arm that’s sort of a peek a boo because it only shows when you move. It is super cool and unique. No smoking or pets
