98% cotton, 2% elastane. Special edition pair. Beautiful rhinestones and jewels. Waist measures flat at 13.75" with a 33" inseam. Does have a skinny fit. Size 26. I usually wear 4s and these are too small to pull on. I'd say equivalent to a size 0/2.
