bmwgidget I just received these jeans today and there is 2 large rips down the left back side of the jeans by the pocket. Complete rips 5-6 inches. They are not wearable. You can completely see my skin and underwear. This was not mentioned. And totally no where worth $55. I can’t even wear them. The rips are not in a seam area so they cannot be fixed. I am completely blown away that this was not mentioned.

elga98 @bmwgidget Good morning - I’m so sorry to hear about this! I carefully inspected the jeans before shipping and didn’t notice any rips. If you could please open a case with Poshmark so they can review the situation and help us find a fair resolution. Let me know if there’s anything else I can do! I apologize for any inconvenience again, I did not notice any rips when I inspected the jeans, otherwise I never would have listed them.

elga98 @bmwgidget good morning - I started looking into how this could’ve happened once I received your message, and I actually do not believe I am the posher that sold those jeans to you. I still have mine in inventory. I ran all my sales reports as well, and unless I am missing something , we have never had any transactions. Perhaps the jeans were purchased from a different buyer? Hopefully you can sort it out, find the correct seller and get a refund.
