Hi, I realize you have these listed as a 28 waste but could you measure the actual jeans for the waist size? It can often differ. Also, what is the rise? Thanks so much

@mirabea I measured with a measuring tape and the waist is 30 inches around. They don’t have any stretch in them. I always felt like they ran small. And I would consider them a low rise.
