Miss Me Couture Dress

Everyone needs an elegant black cocktail dress!! The pictures do NOT do it justice! It is a VERY black chiffon looking (100% Polyester) dress with a playful ruffle at the hemline. The one shoulder adjustable strap makes for a gorgeous almost strapless neckline, with a pretty floral number at bust. Only worn a handful of times!
