Misfit vapor smartwatch-not working- parts only

Misfit vapor smartwatch- literally like brand new- still have box-paperwork-charger-links- etc- probably wore the watch a total of 2 weeks all together (never wore it really) there is NOT A SINGLE SCRATCH OR SCUFF-it could pass as brand new without a problem- idk what’s wrong with it- it either stopped taking a charge or just won’t turn on- may still have a warranty- make me an offer - $25
