Misa Los Angeles Vanessa dress in mer (blue heathered). Off shoulder with elastic neckline. Bell sleeves with Pom Pom retail. Detachable front Pom poms missing. There was a small area where the threads were coming loose but I stitched them back as seen, cannot tell. Sold out.
