Miracle U.S.A fluffy off shoulder sweater New WIth TaGs

Sweater by miracle USA crop super soft and fluffy like a rust bergundy color. New with tags never been worn. Can wear off the shoulder folded over or not folded over. This is a size medium large but easily fits a size small (which i am) for a more baggier fit
